returning/exchanging your order
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the products to Sarva Clothing in perfect condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. Also, the original invoice that comes with the shipment needs to be enclosed together with the returned products. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address:

costs for return
Sarva Clothing is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Sarva Clothing receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Sarva Clothing. Costs for exchanges: Once you have returned the items, Sarva Clothing will not make any additional charges for shipping in the case of an exchange. Please note that Sarva Clothing will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur. During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above, will apply, except that Sarva Clothing will not accept exchanges.
collecting your order
Swedish customers: Depending on the volume of the shipment you will receive it directly to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local DHL service point. For quickest service please fill in your mobile number to receive information when your package is ready for pick up by a text message. To track your shipment please go to http://servicepoint.se/ International customers: When your shipment reaches its destination, your local FedEx courier will deliver it to the specified address. FedEx requires a signature, which means that you will need to be present on the address during their operating hours. Contact your local FedEx service if you would like to make special arrangements. Your order will be dispatched within 2 days from the time you placed your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. For buyers outside Sweden the shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information. For buyers in Sweden the shipping information will include carrier information.

Orders within Sweden will be shipped with DHL. Depending on the size of the package you will receive it to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local DHL service point.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
shipping and collecting international packages
International orders will be shipped with Fedex. With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the Fedex website (www.fedex.com). The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since FedEx couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery. During the registration of your Sarva Clothing Store account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping rates are not inclusive import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.
Swedish orders will be delivered within 1-4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation. International orders will be delivered within 2-8 days from day you received the shipping confirmation.
Sarva Clothing store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR or SEK into any other currency.
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Sarva Clothing.
